Are you a law firm?

No, EXW Consultancy is a legal consultancy operating under the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations 2019.

As we are not a traditional SRA-regulated law firm, we operate with lower overheads and a more flexible structure. This allows us to provide practical commercial legal support and affordable legal services nationwide while maintaining high professional standards.

Are there any matters which you cannot assist with?

There are some areas we do not advise on directly, including disputed matters, taxation, wills, estates and personal injury matters.

Where assistance is needed in areas such as conveyancing, debt recovery, property litigation or commercial litigation, we may refer clients to trusted professional partners.
