Are you a law firm?

No, we are a legal consultancy, a modern and flexible model of legal practice introduced in the UK under the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations 2019.

Because we are not a traditional SRA regulated law firm, we operate with a significantly lower compliance burden. The result is high quality legal support at a fraction of the cost of traditional firms.

Are there any matters which you cannot assist with?

We do not advise on some limited areas. These include disputed or legal matters, conveyancing, debt collection, taxation, and personal matters like wills, estates, or personal injury.

These matters often fall under different areas of law such as employment law, litigation or specialist personal legal services.

Are there any limitations?

Do you have an office?

EXW Consultancy operates as a fully online legal consultancy. Our team works remotely rather than from a traditional office.
